  I would NEVER use this company, I called to report a driver harassing me and the dispatcher who not only got an attitude with me, but she also verbally abused me. NO i dont want her to punish the driver for harassing me, but she failed to realize where i was coming from, there was a driver with a female passenger (UNPROFESSIONAL) staring at my car for over 10 min. I get that he was looking for a SATURN, that looks NOTHING like a CHEVY CAVALIER!!!!!! and as soon as i left he left too, thats REALLY SUSPICIOUS. However, the dispatcher DID NOT have to cuss me out. which is really UNPROFESSIONAL as well. this company is a complete joke and a total waste of money and time. all their employees do is sit in the back of fast food restaurants "acting" like their doing their job. If I ever break down or need towing assistance even if they are the cheapest one I would not use them since they dont do any work.
